We collect different types of information depending on your interaction with our Service.
A. Information from Users:
- Account Information: When you, as a User, register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
- Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to handle payments. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Stripe provides us with confirmation of payment and limited information like the last four digits of your card for identification purposes.
- Job Information: We collect the information you provide when you create a job posting, such as job descriptions and required skills.
- Usage and Device Information: We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and pages you visit.
B. Information from Candidates (Processed on Behalf of our Users): When a User invites a Candidate to an interview, we process the Candidate's information on the User's behalf. The User is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the Candidate.
- Contact Information: We collect the Candidate's phone number or other contact details as provided by the User or the Candidate.
- Interview Data: We collect video and audio recordings of the interview, transcripts of the interview, and any other information the Candidate provides in their responses.
- Analytical Data: Our Service analyzes the Interview Data to generate reports for the User, which may include assessments of answers and behavioral analysis related to potential cheating.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Manage the Service: To set up and maintain your account, process payments, conduct AI-powered interviews, and generate analytical reports for our Users.
- To Communicate With You: To send you service-related emails, such as account verification, billing notifications, and changes to our services or policies.
- For Marketing and Promotions: To send you marketing communications about our products and services. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
- To Improve Our Service: To analyze usage trends, improve the functionality of our platform, and train our AI models. When using data for model training, we take steps to anonymize and aggregate the information to protect privacy.
- For Security and Legal Compliance: To protect against fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Our Users: We share Candidate information, including interview recordings and analytical reports, with the User who initiated the interview.
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe) and cloud hosting (e.g., Amazon Web Services).
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users or the public.
- In a Business Transfer: If EvoHire is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information.
- Access and Update Your Information: You can review and update your User account information by logging into your account settings.

Please note that you will continue to receive essential service-related and transactional emails.
